The CareerTest.net registration process requires users to create accounts.
Required account information: name and email.
Optional account information: age, gender, country, and city.
User information that is not personally identifiable is used in aggregated form and its sole purpose is for the standardization of questionnaire results.
User information is stored for the standardization and validity of user results and reports
Contact form
The contact form requires users to provide the following contact information: name and email address.
The function of the contact form is to:
Address user questions.
Honor newsletter opt-out requests.
Honor requests to update, correct, or delete user account information.
Newsletter
The newsletter form requires subscribers to provide their name and email address.
Subscribers are added to the newsletter list only after a confirmed opt-in process:
A confirmation message is sent to the subscriber.
This message contains an individualized link that the subscriber must click on in order to confirm they want to receive the CareerTest.net newsletter.
After clicking on the link, the subscriber completes the sign up process and starts receiving newsletters.
If the subscriber does not click on the link in the confirmation message, they will not become active on the list.
